Available Position: Certified Home Health Aid in Burlington, NJ
Caregiver Job Description:
A Home Health Aide is a medical professional who is responsible for helping their clients with day-to-day tasks, like bathing and dressing. They may also be responsible for light housekeeping duties such as doing laundry or dishes to ensure patients’ home healthcare health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Competent in providing direct care to clients, including: Bathing/grooming/dressing/toileting. Transferring/ambulation assistance
- Medication reminders
- Maintains a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.
- Transportation, as requested/approved.
- Meal preparation.
- Housekeeping & Laundry.
- Errands as requested/approved
- Ability to contribute to a client’s quality of life by influencing: patient safety, good hygiene, encouraging healthy eating habits, medication adherence, and a clean home environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to navigate diverse client personalities and behaviors.
- Comfort working in and respecting diverse work environments in client homes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent preferred
- Must be certified through the NJ State Board of Nursing with an active license.
- CPR Certification (optional but preferred).
- Clear TB test within 12 months
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Proof Of US Citizenship or ability to work in the US.
- Valid Photo ID or Driver’s License.
- 2-Step PPD/MMR from within the last year.
- Own vehicle preferred but not required.
